Menu
This is the menu from my August 2001 Temagami trip. The down
side - some of this food is a bit heavy in the pack. The up side
- a fair bit of fresh food and variety. I'll post some recipes
soon; for now the descriptions of major ingredients should be
a fairly good guide.
The menu was designed with campfire cooking in mind; if you're
going to be using a stove, fewer cooked breakfasts and shorter
cooking meals would be well advised.
